How long does it take before my account is active? Your account will be setup within 24 hours, but in most cases this will be much quicker. Do you have a backup process? Yes. We backup everything daily, however it is ultimately your responsibility to keep backups. This can be easily performed through your control panel. Can I switch to a higher plan? Yes. You are allowed to switch plans, however if you have paid yearly you need to cover the difference for your remaining months. Plan changes take place when your current monthly period expires. What happens if I exceed my transfer limit? During your order process, you choose what you wish to happen. For more information please read about our bandwidth exceeded choice . What is the price for bandwidth if I exceed my transfer limit? In the event you exceed your transfer limit, you will be charged in increments of AU$1.50 for 200MB of bandwidth. Am I able to have a dedicated IP address? ( What is a dedicated IP? ) Yes. We can provide you with a dedicated IP for an additional AU$2.00/month. Can I receive additional space and/or data transfer as a plan? Yes. Let us know what you need, and we can customise a special plan to suit you. What if I don't like your services? We will do everything to ensure this doesn't happen, however if it does then you are entitled to a FULL refund if you cancel on or within the 15th day of having your service.
